Herbert De Losinga

As a supplement to Adrien's talk, here is an oldie but a goodie on Herbert De Losinga the man who instigated the building of Norwich Cathedral.  So who was he?  When and why did he come over from Normandy to England?  How much did he pay the king to become Bishop of Thetford?  And when did he move his diocese to Norwich and commence the building of Norwich Cathedral?
